1.   Too much dust in the cooler fin

2.   Aging loosen between cooler fin and cooper pipe, that reduce heat transfer efficiency.

3.   Not enough airflow of cooling fan

Factors for air cooling cooler efficiency:

1.   Not enough cooling water

2.   Too high cooling water temperature

3.   Too much water scale in the water pipe or water pipe blocked by sediment and organic materials.
