Minimum pressure vavle is one of compresor most important parts. Keeping it at the best working status can lengthen the compressor service life. Minimum pressure valve located at the outlet of oil/air tank and the start pressure set at around 0.45Mpa.

Application:

1.   Priority establishes the circulating pressure need by Lub. oil to make sure the compressor lubricated.

2.   It will open after pressure exceeds 0.45Mpa to reduce the air flow speed through the air/oil tank, which can make sure the oil/air tank separating effects and protect the oil/air tank from damage because of bigger pressure difference.
